AAF Hawaii Scholarship

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Hawaii is the unifying voice for advertising.  Our mission is to promote the business of advertising and communications through professional education, recognition of excellence, government relations, self-regulation and public service.  To help nurture the future of Hawaii's advertising industry, AAF-Hawaii created a scholarship open to graduates of Hawaii high schools who are currently attending a Hawaii college and majoring in Advertising or an Advertising-related field such as Graphic or Web design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.  To apply for this scholarship, click here for the application.


George Arthur Pellegrin Minority Scholarship Program

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) District 13 George Arthur Pellegrin Minority Scholarship is open to graduates of Hawaii high schools who are currently attending college and majoring in Advertising or an Advertising-related field such as Graphic or Web design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc. This scholarship has been postponed for 2012.


The Dave Reed Scholarship

Dave Reed, a renowned advertising professional in Honolulu, provided a generous donation to AAF Hawaii in his estate for scholarships to students in advertising or related disciplines.  The AAF-Hawaii Dave Reed Scholarship is open to graduates of Hawaii high schools who are undergraduate college or university students entering their final year and preparing to graduate from either a two year or four year accredited institution in Hawaii. Students must be in the graphic design, communication arts, advertising or marketing disciplines with minimum GPA of 3.0.  This scholarship has been postponed for 2012.
