Graphic Designer
Description:
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing and Communications Administrator, the Graphic Designer position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department's creative projects.
• Conceptualizes, designs, and produces marketing materials in multi-media platforms based on company's brand visual standards.
• Prepares final layout for production and assists with selection of vendors.
• Supports project management by planning, gathering information and, obtaining various approvals.
• Collaborates with internal clients and external partners to define project requirements.
• Coordinates projects with production vendors from conception through completion
• Ensures strict adherence of guidelines for all representations of the brand.
• Supports the development and maintenance of the company's brand asset management system.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in graphic arts or design related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a general understanding of the creative development process, concept development, color theory, and commonly accepted graphic design principles.
Technical Skills:
• Extensive working knowledge of graphics arts software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CMS, Flash, and CSS is a plus.
Other Qualifications:
• Must have strong inter-personal and communication (oral and written) skills. Able to present ideas verbally and visually.
• Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and manage projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and quality control in all aspects of the position.

Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of Servco's digital marketing to include automotive retail and distributor websites, online advertising, and mobile and social media efforts. Also, provides ongoing digital marketing support for internal clients on the overall planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies, projects and campaigns.

• Requires college degree preferably in marketing
• Minimum 4 - 5 year work experience in digital channel marketing (mobile, online, social), and advertising
• Demonstrated success managing Digital Marketing projects in a corporate or agency setting
• Project management skills with ability to work within tight deadlines and to adapt to changing deadlines and to drive complex projects forward
• Strong leadership, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to gain commitment to marketing initiatives from the various stakeholders, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, and manage a team.
• Ability to prioritize competing issues and manage diverse projects and support activities across many automotive product lines
• Customer-focused with the ability to think strategically, problem solve and develop innovative solutions to meet the customer needs
• Understanding of and comfort level with web design and programming (HTML, etc)
